    •    Digital Products: Instant download via email or account after purchase—no physical item will be shipped

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

You can also track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Carrier Responsibility:

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Royal House of Glow is no longer responsible for any shipping delays, delivery errors, or lost packages.
